Streamline “Win the Ultimate Streaming Package” Contest Terms & Conditions

This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Streamline Technologies LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 30000 Chagrin Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44124. For inquiries, please contact: support@streamline.watch.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Streamline Technologies LLC, its affiliates, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period
The Contest begins on November 15, 2024, at 12:00 AM (EST) and ends on December 13, 2024, at 12pm ET. Winner will be announced at the December 15 Watch Party during the Browns halftime.
How to Enter
Participants can enter by completing any of the following actions:
- Download the Streamline App (one entry).
- Invite friends to join Streamline from the app (one entry per invite).
- Create playlists on Streamline (one entry per playlist).
- Follow us on any of Streamline's social media platforms (one entry each).
Each qualifying action will count as one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of entries per participant.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a cash prize equivalent to annual subscriptions to up to five (5) streaming platforms of their choice, up to a maximum value of $750. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not included in the prize value.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the end of the Contest Period. The drawing will take place on December 15, 2024, during the halftime of the Cleveland Browns game at Streamline’s watch party event at Saucy Brew Works. Attendance at the event is not required to win. The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Streamline account or their social handle within seven (7) days following the drawing.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for technical failures of any kind. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising out of participation in the Contest.
Privacy
Any personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
