Tahsin Bey and İffet Hanım visit a doctor and decide to adopt a healthier lifestyle. They quit red meat and sweets, start exercising, and join an anti-aging program. Meanwhile, İffet invites the doctor, whom she thinks would be a good match for Aslı, to dinner. However, both this dinner and their new diet don’t go as well as expected for their health! Aslı, concerned about Volkan's deepening depression, finds him a psychologist. While Volkan starts feeling better after the sessions, there's something oddly off about the psychologist.
