Liz says she spends 11 to 13 hours a day jogging around her coffee table until she reaches 100,000 steps on her Fitbit – the equivalent of 50 miles a day – every day. Her mother, Karen, says Liz has no life, career or hobbies and is afraid Liz is ruining her body and could also be ruining her marriage by keeping up her step obsession. Can Dr. Phil help Liz identify the reason for her unusual compulsion? Then, musical artist Oli London says he has spent the last six years of his life transforming himself inside and out into the “perfect” K-pop idol. He’s undergone 15 procedures and has spent over $150,000 on plastic surgery – even going so far as to have five facial surgeries in one day – in order to look like Jimin from the K-pop group BTS. His best friends, Frenchy and Vicky, say they are scared that Oli’s reckless pursuit of K-pop perfection could cost him his life and want Dr. Phil’s help getting through to Oli.
