Over in the shop, Viv also wrestles with her conscience and she gives a surprised Emily the day off. Confused about the odd behaviour of those around her, Emily seeks advice from Paul in an attempt to save her marriage. Elsewhere, Val and Bob provide support for one another in their individual quests. Bob admits that he is looking for a woman, and Val admits that she's after a job
