Alex tries his luck with Mel and heads into the salon supposedly looking for some details on treatments for an ex of his . . . Mel serves him and to be friendly agrees to have a drink with him some time. Alex takes this to mean their going on a date and prepares all day and even scrubs up a bit! Meanwhile, Mel is clueless to the whole thing - she thinks she's just having drinks with mates! Kelly soon puts Mel straight and she feels terrible thinking that she may have led Alex on. Later, Alex nervously talks his way through several drinks only to be told at the end of it all by Mel that she's not interested in him that way.
