Brad and Felix share an awkward moment. Franco quizzes Felix about what is going on and offers him some advise. Nikolas runs into Britt at the nurses' station and she learns that he has plans with Elizabeth. Brad tells Britt about the situation with Lucas and Felix and also tells her not to give up on Nikolas. Olivia runs into Sonny and admits that she still has feelings for him. She continues though that they both want different things from their lives and he needs to move on. Elizabeth and Nikolas talk about Spencer's antics as Britt shows up at Kelly's. Carly sleeps on her couch and remembers Sonny kissing her. She wakes up after Lucas walks in and he accuses her of having a naughty dream. Carly is shocked after Lucas tells her his plans. Carly thinks about Sonny again as Franco sends her a text message saying that he is the only woman for him. Lucas shows up at the hospital and runs into Brad and Felix and he wants to make a date with both of them. Maxie and Levi exchange their vows as Dante finds out from Nathan what happened. Maxie has some second thoughts about going ahead with the wedding but Levi convinces her not to back out. Before they can be pronounced husband and wife, Nathan shows up and attempts to arrest Levi. Levi drops his accent and pulls out his gun and grabs Maxie. Levi threatens to kill Maxie if Felicia doesn't hand him the earrings. The Immigration agent grabs Lulu and threatens to shoot her as Dante enters the room.
