Off-field events at Ewood Park have overshadowed Blackburn's season, with the new owners controversially sacking manager Sam Allardyce last month shortly after completing their takeover of the club. Caretaker manager Steve Kean claims he can satisfy the owners' demands and lead the club into the top five despite having only five million pounds to spend in the January transfer window.
