In a small town outside Atlanta, young mother Heather Strube is gunned down in a Target parking lot in broad daylight while stunned eyewitnesses search for cover, and with her 18-month-old son just a few feet away. Police have little to go on beyond a bizarre description of the brazen killer and the surveillance video of him walking away from the crime scene. After a painstaking and difficult investigation, they come up with an incredible and surprising suspect.
