At the impound lot everyone tries to keep the heart rate of an enraged man with a pacemaker from going through the roof. An angry citizen pushes mild-mannered ticket-writer Carmen to the limit. Booter Jen is so gung-ho she'll even work her own street looking to christen a "virgin boot."
