Busy parents Travis and Carolyn dream of finding a move-in ready home in time for the new school year. But they won't be going anywhere until they finish up their own half-renovated house. For years, they've been living in a DIY disaster zone and now time is running out. Luckily for Travis, he can call on his childhood friends Jonathan and Drew to help out. While Jonathan vows to finish all the renovations once and for all, Drew promises to find the couple a perfect property in their desired school district. The results of the makeover are stunning, but balancing the budget with the couple's ideal location proves trickier than expected.
