Six Degrees of Separation

Alexis, a bright and free-spirited college graduate, lands a job as a high-tech investigator and strikes up a relationship with her superior, Ben. When he becomes abusive, her attempts to escape prove to be no match for the highly trained detective. He uses those skills to stalk her, threaten her family, and bankrupt her.
