Slater and Loxton, whilst out on patrol, realise that wanted criminal Dougie Bell is back on the plot – but a late night raid organised by Boyden goes belly up when Slater comes face-to-face with Bell – and freezes. Meanwhile, Stamp and Hollis deal with the theft of a bag of crisps, and Cryer attempts to deal with the homeless man accused by persuading him to return home to his loving wife, who has reported him missing.
