Jae Ha Decides To Continue in the WOC

Jae Ha says he will continue to attend the WOC. Should the game fails to cancel the North-South alliance, against all the odds, Jae Ha makes arrangements for Princess Jae Shin to conduct provisional duties on behalf of the King.
