Later, Chloe and Billy run into Chelsea in the hospital. Avery runs into Nick in the park and asks if they can try to be friends. Later, Dylan shows Avery the legal document he just received saying his parental rights to Connor have been revoked. Nikki comes to see Paul and wants to know if he is close to finding the hit and run driver. Paul assures her that they are working nonstop. Meanwhile, Alex looks at footage from a security camera and sees an SUV that points him to an unlikely suspect. Victoria tells Nick about her struggle to comfort Billy.
