Across town, Courtney prepares a birthday surprise for Noah. Neil tells Hilary that he and Leslie broke things off. Later, Hilary questions if Neil is trying to set her up with Devon. Billy gently lets Kelly know that in order to save his marriage, they can’t be friends anymore. Victoria returns home to Billy and blurts out that she kissed another man. Their argument turns passionate.
