Toopy and Binoo try multiple ways to get Mr. Bear to sleep when he accidentally wakes up, with the help of an owl and a bird, and if they don't, he'll keep crying until spring. But then Binoo realizes what kept him asleep: Patchy Patch! This is the debut of Mr. Bear, Mr. Owl, Mrs. Bird, Mrs. Bubble and The Terrible Pajamas Big Band.
