Shoot to Thrill

A rookie cop is murdered and the Fugitive Task Force hunts down Soledad, a vicious killer and drug lord. As Connie and the team pursue the fugitive south of the border, they discover corrupt Mexican authorities are protecting Soledad from extradition.
