Doubts flood in when a mobile phone insurance company receive a claim for a phone lost in a canal, supermarket CCTV delivers a knockout blow to one man's hopes of a payout when it proves how he really sustained the injuries he's claiming for, and phoney police reports are the final straw for a travel insurance company when they receive a claim from a backpacker who apparently carries thousands in cash and only wears designer labels.
