Steve is looking for people that do things so strange that it not only causes you to say, ""Wow!"" but ""Why?"" A celebrity panel will conduct the final judging and award points in the following categories: Originality, Stupidity, and Actual Skill. In the event of a tie, the studio audience will determine the winner.
