Unable to stand the pressure, Siu-Ling tries to kill herself again by jumping off the building. Cho-Kwan is able to pacify her and make her change her mind. With Cho-Kwan’s help, Siu-Ling faces up to reality and retreats herself from the showbiz. She decides to give birth to her child and raise him herself. Fong Hung is moved by Siu-Ling's courage and promises to take care of their financial need. Afraid that Chi Man will be humiliated by Yiu-Kwok, Man tried to Chi Man to his office. Yin-Kwok antagonizes Hong by insisting to have Chi Man working for him. Hong works hard on a proposal for Fung but Yiu-Kwok takes away a few pages of the proposal and succeeds in creating a bad impression of Hong on Fung; Kin’s business drops due to a nearby road construction and he is forced to move it to a more remote area. Kin has no wish to continue the business. He decides to follow his friend and tries his luck in the Middle East……
