Mystery Code Murders

CID gets an anonymous letter challenging them from stopping a murder. The time and the location of the murder are given in a code sent in the letter. CID solves the code and reaches the place but the murder has already happened. The taunting letters continue coming till CID finds a man who could possibly be the killer but the odds are not in their favour. Will CID find the killer?
