A Little Ignoble Story

A boy who arrived in Naples from South America is taken to the emergency room for a serious illness. Sciacca and Silla, who rushed to the hospital, learn that the young man had cocaine pellets in his stomach and that, surprisingly, he asked to file a complaint.
