Nora (Tanja Wedhorn) wants to finally carve out more time for her budding romance with Max (Bernhard Piesk). Switching off is easier said than done in her profession: When the captain (Jochen Nickel) collapses during a boat trip, the doctor naturally has to provide first aid.
