A young couple, John and Jane, have their sacred Friendsgiving upended when John’s overbearing mom forces an invite and makes it all about her. John, fearing his contentious mom will make a horrible scene as usual and ruin the holiday, decides to enlist his dad in a harebrained scheme to minimize the damage.
