LEUNG enlightens TIM. TIM eventually feels at ease with BILL`s case. YAN again expresses that she does not care to be his second priority. TIM refuses YAN resolutely. YAN is heart-broken. YEE is very upset as LEUNG again has had an affair with other woman. TIM comforts YEE. LEUNG again shouts at TIM. CHUN, NGAI and HANG witness the scene. CHUN takes the chance to tease TIM. TIM decides to send MAN to U.K. studying interior design while ignoring MAN`s objection. MAN hates TIM. YEE meets PING and YIN in the bank. She feels very guilty and tries to keep away from them.
