Ann seeks psychiatrist Hugh Russell in an attempt to regain her memory, though Erik objects. Mace searches the Shepherds' bedroom. Webber invites the Shepherds to his hotel, and while there, Ann meets Russell, convincing him to administer her sodium pentathol.
