Colonel Batra receives a call from the home ministry of India and asked for help in the current situation. Colonel Batra gives the solution for this by saying he wants to start a Parakram Academy where he will train civilians and Make a special force so that they can fight in the emergency situation. and to train these civilians he has Special agents and introduces these Agents.
