KWAN didn't want to be set up by TIN, he questioned him. TIN provoked him to kill one of his followers and took photos. He used the photos to threaten for his co-operation, KWAN agreed reluctantly. In order to let LOK believed that KWAN had betrayed him; TIN forced him to tell the whereabouts of the illegal good. He also sent NGOR to watch him out. KWAN was clever and asked LAM JOE to notify LOK. TIN's plan was failed and had to hand out all negatives. LOK restored his confidence in KWAN. When LAM JOE and TAY were having wedding ceremony, SZE HO sent her men to catch JOE back to Macau. JOE could not resist to temptation and promised HO's request. YAT TIN did not submit and reported to police to bring KWAN into trouble. KUEN immediately brought KWAN to JOE's home. However, BILL discovered and arrested him.
