Lusis (Firework)

Jake is a construction worker and his wife Alma is a food vendor. Theirs is a poor home, but love and harmony keep the couple and their son happy. They were looking forward to another simple but joyful Christmas celebration when an on-the-job accident leaves Jake crippled. The hospital bills mount, and Jake's only hope lies in a critical surgery. Desperate for money, Alma attempts theft but ends up committing a worse and unforgivable crime.
