Cleveland. September 5, 1998, 26-year-old Rashon Thomas was tragically murdered during robbery of a friend's apartment. November 4, 2008, 31-year-old Gary Griffin Jr. went to cast his vote in the U.S. Presidential election where he was then approached and shot.
