One-Two Punch

After Camran Collier is killed in his car, his loved ones hold a balloon release in his honor where his friend, Kolby Graham, is shot. Kolby dies at the hospital a couple days later; investigators find rumors on social media about both shootings. [also shown as S3:E54]
