Birthdays, big team victories and special occasions all seem much better when someone behind the counter is asking “one scoop or two?” or “haven’t you had enough free samples yet?” But despite all the sweet, delicious memories, when the heck was the last time you even saw an ice cream parlor, let alone stepped inside one?
