As tensions rise, Karategin arrives with Gerard, providing evidence that Bernard killed Iltutmish. This revelation redirects Dolat's anger toward Bernard, neutralizing him as a threat for the moment. Saladin and Nureddin then head toward Gaza. Victoria, anticipating Dolat's hostility, gives Gaza to Dolat, making him Saladin's enemy once more.
