Just before the marathon, Shruti finds Arjun's behaviour a little strange. Arjun, meantime, is focusing all his attention on the event to hide his condition from his family. While garnering donations for the fund raiser, Shawn is jealous of Shruti being close with Firdaus and their relationship is further rocked when Shruti wants to hang out with Eddie and friends instead of spending time with Shawn. Vanessa is disappointed when Ben does not take an interest in planning for their wedding. She thinks Ben is just cooking up excuses to avoid marrying her.
