Amalia performs surgery on Micah, who continues to hide his condition from the public and his daughters. But when rumors of marital strife are about to break, he makes the brave decision to come forward and reveal he is a man who has "girl cancer". Meanwhile, Adi's comedy act, in which she fakes being a cancer patient, gains surprising success, and Amalia's teenage daughter, Ella, finds out she's pregnant. Despite being a surgeon accustomed to making life-or-death decisions for others, Amalia struggles with her own treatment, repeatedly rescheduling her operation. Finally, her family confronts her, with her ex-husband Amir providing the clearest perspective, nudging her towards a decision that would not only impact her life but the lives of those she holds dear.
