Water Scarcity In Vijaynagar

It's a new day in Vijaynagar and Rama addresses the Royal Court about the water scarcity that they might face in the near future. Rama claims that the water reservoir has been depleting and that it hasn't rained well since a few years for the reservoir to be replenished. At the same time, Delhi‚'s king Akbar has decided to build dams on the rivers going down south, which may further escalate the water scarcity problem for Vijaynagar.
