At the military police, Jeffrey and Alex have their hands full this time with a drunk passenger causing a disturbance during a toilet visit. While they try to get the situation under control, the boarding of the flight to Gran Canaria for passenger agents Isabel and Ronald goes anything but smoothly. Delays arise due to ambiguities in the boarding procedure, increasing the pressure on the team and making the tension in the departure hall palpable. The combination of both events makes for a challenging start to the day's travel.
