Si Ki forces Chung Shing to alter the data in the computer system so that he can buy in the shares of Wah Kee secretly. Chung Shing cannot resist the temptation of monetary returns that he promises Si Ki. An Ki is robbed and the thief pushes her to fall from the stairs. It leads to miscarriage which makes An Ki very upset. At the same time, she recognizes that Si Ki is courting with Tze Kwan. She finds that she is hopeless that she cuts her wrist to commit suicide.
