SHING MING agrees to handle a court case for a shameless man and the case is assigned to JAZZ and YAU MAT. However, SHING MING has already bribed the top twenty barristers in town. KA-YING learns about the news from BUT-KOON and she feels that SHING MING has is no longer the same person. LO SO returns the red dress that costs 30 thousand dollars to KA-YING.
