TIN suddenly shows up and asks SONG to introduce him to TAK and KAT. TIN, SONG, TAK and KAT make a thorough analysis of KAT’s investment failure and finally come to the conclusion that it is probably CHUNG CHING-LUNG, TAK’s long-term rival, who has trapped KAT. TIN is hired as a consultant for Wu Shi Enterprises Group. MIU is so keen to prove her ability that she has tried every possible way to get rid of all the low-end properties. TIN wanders around an old district looking for properties, during which he bumps into MIU and befriends her. TIN points out to TAK that Wu Shi should start to invest in the property market and work on urban renewal projects. SUM learns about the urban renewal projects somehow and breaks the news to KIU soon afterwards. MIU asks to be the sole mediator in the urban renewal projects and her request is surprisingly granted by TIN……
