This fraudulent roofer leaves a trail of misery behind him, such as: his work is limited to removing a few roof tiles causing leaks, without performing any further work. He also invents on the spot that the support beams are rotten, in order to extort even more money from the victims. The schedule is constantly running behind, after which the problems begin. It is necessary that measures be taken to stop him, something Zeeman and Nico will focus on. The identity of ‘Luuk’ turns out to actually be Roy van L., about whom an episode was previously made in 2023. Despite this earlier revelation, he has continued his practices under a different name. He has no Chamber of Commerce registration number and uses the names of other contractors. The authorities are doing little to nothing about it because the victims live in other provinces.
