Bhramarpura village in Mahottari. Not very far from Janakpur. In a Dalit settlement called Inda Tol, Rahul Raj Mandal — also known as Maniya — was born and raised. His father, Rajeshwar Mandal, wanted his youngest son to become a doctor. But Rahul chose the path of hip-hop music instead.
