Episode 1180 (Tue 1st Sept 1987)

Alan is horrified to discover he's on the wrong side of the law, as him and Matt are served with injunctions to avoid going near the fence at Pencross Fell. Meanwhile, Ruth worries about the state of some of the cattle at Hotten Market. Elsewhere, Amos and Henry settle back into things at The Woolpack after their trip to Italy, whilst Mrs Bates is put out with Alan's behaviour upon her return to Home Farm. Ruth sees Mr Bracknell at Hotten Market and finds he is rather an unpleasant man. She tells him about the state of his animals. He tells her to worry more about budgies. He gets into his car and drives off.
