A trans-Atlantic cruise ship is threatened by a terrorist who claims to have planted multiple bombs and demands a huge ransom for the instructions to disarm them. With evacuation difficult and time running out, authorities and specialists race to locate the devices and prevent catastrophe while the ship tries to keep order at sea.
