A neglected boy in Kawasaki faces bullying at school and loneliness at home, but escapes into dreams of Monster Island. In his fantasy, he befriends a bullied monster child and gets pulled into stand-up-against-him lessons, while the real world includes a chaotic run-in with criminals.
