Sickan, the leader of a notorious criminal gang, is locked away in a mental institution while a doctor visits and reads from a crime handbook he’s been writing. Blackmailed by a banker, the doctor and Sickan’s partners carry out a plan to steal a priceless black diamond from a national museum.
