In the peaceful Swedish village of Högboträsk, crime is virtually nonexistent, so the local police have a slow routine of snacks, coffee, and chasing runaway cows. When authorities consider shutting down the force due to the low crime rate, the officers decide to change the numbers—leading to escalating farcical chaos.
