In an Iron Age village terrorized by ritual sacrifices, a grieving young man volunteers to enter the palace labyrinth beneath a brutal ruler’s stronghold. Driven by hope that a lost loved one may still be alive, he sets out to confront the beast and the fear surrounding it.
