After being diagnosed with a brain aneurysm in March 2005, Neil Young heads to Nashville, where he writes and records Prairie Wind with old friends and family. Following a successful operation and recovery, he returns to Nashville to perform the album and career favorites at the Ryman Auditorium, gathering loved ones again for the show.
