After a dying mentor makes a final request, a released ex-con and a small group try to locate the mentor’s estranged son, who is locked up in Sweden. Their plan quickly turns into a nonstop scramble involving desperate fundraising, crime rivals, and escalating trouble as they attempt to bring him home.
